Did you forget to bring that cartolina needed for Science class? Did you lose your pen? Do you have no pencil? Worry no more! Ate Felecidad is here to the rescue!
Ate Felecidad works at the "mini National Bookstore" inside the campus. Better known as the Stationary Center, it is the go-to school supplies store for every student in STC. As early as 7 in the morning, students rush in the Stationary Station to buy some needed requirements and supplies at the very last minute.
Ate Felecidad Mellijor has been working in STC for 7 years. She says she stayed in STC for so long because of the students, “malingaw man jud ko sa mga bata, bisan unsa pa ka kapoy ang trabaho.”
She does not only work at the Stationary Center, but also she helps with the cleaning of the school campus. Ate Felecidad, 44 years of age, originally worked before at STC Quezon, and has been with the ICM (Immaculati Cordis Mariae or Immaculate Heart of Mary) sisters for 20 years. Working with the ICM for so long, she has developed the same heart as the ICM sisters - willing to be a helping hand to the students. You know what they say, not all heroes wear capes and Ate Felecidad is truly a hero to all students!
